The SheGO method of training was developed by fitness expert, Sheana Gollert, and combines pilates, mobility and strength work, with science, to deliver amazing results. Sheana has been using science based training and nutrition to change bodies since 2003. After years of training herself and others, she started to see a trend of working out harder with less results and more injury. Sheana added Pilates into her own training in 2012 and knew immediately that it was the missing piece.
